International Dot Day

Today, September 15th, is International Dot Day celebrated around the world. A day to celebrate creativity and encouraging kids to “make their mark”. This celebration was inspired by Peter H. Reynold’s book ‘The Dot“. Over 500,000 people from around the globe will be celebrating Dot Day. Head over to International Dot Day website to learn more. Also check out Celebri-Dots where many famous authors and illustrators have submitted a dot.

My friends Beth, Pat, Penny, Diane, and Susanna have also put up a dot.
Below are the dots from me and my girls. I told them the one thing they had to do was SIGN IT!

Happy Dot Day!
